Position: Patient Navigator
As a patient navigator, Andrea Wolf is passionate about providing comfort and encouragement to those she meets.
Attentive and genuine, Andrea connects patients to resources, shares information to help them manage their cancer journey, and offers an ear when they need someone to listen.
“I want all of our patients to experience an overwhelming sense of community, hope and support when they walk through our doors and to feel empowered as an advocate for their care.”
As a survivor of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Andrea serves on the board of directors for Positive Community Kitchen (PCK), a local nonprofit that brings teen and adult volunteers together, alongside trained chefs, to prepare organic meals for people fighting life-threatening illnesses. She also volunteers for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s First Connection Program, providing support and community resource information to others facing a similar cancer diagnosis.
In her free time, Andrea and her husband enjoy spending time with friends and family in the mountains, along with their dog, Hazel Moon, and traveling to visit loved ones in California and Ohio.
