Patients coming to WVCI’s Country Club Road clinic between now and late January will need to use the rear service elevator to access the building’s second floor departments.
To reach the rear elevator and get to the medical oncology exam rooms, the infusion room or retail pharmacy, patients should go down the hall, past the lab.
The clinic’s front elevator is closed due to renovation and expansion construction. From time to time, the construction crew will need to use the rear elevator, but patients will have priority access.
Upon reaching the second floor, exit the elevator and either turn right to get to the infusion room or left to access the medical oncology department and the retail pharmacy. We have placed directional signage in those areas to assist patients.
To help direct patients and answer questions, we will also have a staff member stationed at the main entrance as much as possible.
This phase of construction is expected to wrap up in late January, when the front elevator will reopen. The entire construction project is scheduled to be complete in May 2017.
Thank you for your patience during construction. Watch for updates on the expansion, here, on our blog.
