Positive and collaborative, Michelle Berry works behind the scenes at Willamette Valley Cancer Institute as a senior member of our human resources team, helping to create a supportive, encouraging and respectful working environment for our staff.

With 15 years of human resources experience—ten years based in health care—Michelle takes pride in her work, instituting strategies that help WVCI attain its goals by employing a top-notch staff that provides patients compassionate care. In addition, she is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Lane County Human Resources Association.

When she’s not working, Michelle devotes time to her family. She, along with her husband and two boys, stay active playing a variety of sports, including Football, Baseball, Softball, and Crossfit.
