Look Good...Feel Better: A workshop taught by trained, volunteer cosmetologists who help women cope with cancer treatment side effects using skin care products and cosmetics.

Ovarian/Gynecologic Cancer Support Group: An informal, peer-facilitated group for patients.

Living With Cancer Support Group: A safe place for patients, family members and friends to discuss all aspects of the cancer journey. Facilitated by Oncology Social Worker Lynda Godell.
Second and 4th Wednesdays of the month, 4:30 - 6 p.m.
Multiple Myeloma Support Group: For patients, family members and friends of multiple myeloma patients. Facilitated by our social worker and care manager.
Third Wednesday of each month, Noon - 1:30 p.m. Lunch provided.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA: The Eugene Family YMCA program helps cancer survivors improve their strength and physical fitness, diminish the severity of treatment side effects, develop supportive relationships, and improve their quality of life. The 12-week program is held at various times of the year and includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance and flexibility exercise.
