Referring physicians can be confident that we care as much about their patients as they do. In most cases we can evaluate new patients within 24 to 48 hours.
Our commitment to comprehensive and compassionate care includes an array of support services, such as access to a medical social worker, a dietician and counseling services. Our support groups bring patients together to a place of strength and understanding and our education program ensures that patients are well-equipped for the journey ahead of them. We encourage referring physicians to inquire about any of our programs and services.
Our office staff is adept at handling scheduling, records requests and other tasks conducted with referring providers, and we strive to make the transition from physician to physician as seamless as possible.
Ed Robinson, our Patient and Community Outreach Coordinator, helps assure continuity of care by providing a vital link between your office and ours. Ed checks in regularly with referring physician offices to assure that WVCI is meeting all standards and expectations for cancer care within our community. If you have any questions or concerns, we invite you to contact Ed at (541) 681-4929.
